The Fairway Lodge – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Bookings

All simulator sessions at The Fairway Lodge must be booked in advance via our online booking system:

  • Bookings are for exclusive use of our single luxury simulator bay
  • Each booking is time-based and begins/ends strictly at the reserved time
  • Late arrivals will result in reduced playing time

 

2. Capacity

  • A maximum of 4 players per session is permitted - Additional parents or guardians will be permitted
  • The lead booker is responsible for all guests in their group

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking may be rescheduled or refunded
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

(This reflects standard simulator industry policy )

 

4. Use of Equipment

  • All players must use the simulator and equipment responsibly
  • Only one person may swing a club in the hitting area at any time
  • Players are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment 
  • CCTV footage will be supplied to Law Enforcement if any damage or misue of equipment occurs
  • Balls will be provided by The Fairway lodge - However players are permitted to bring their own as long as they are in new, clean and unmarked condition

 

5. Safety Rules

To ensure a safe experience for all users:

  • Only swing within the designated hitting area
  • Always check surroundings before swinging
  • Maintain a safe distance from other players
  • No running or horseplay within the bay
  • Follow all on-site instructions at all times
  • Golf balls and clubs can cause serious injury if used improperly 

 

6. Liability

  • All players participate at their own risk
  • The Fairway Lodge accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence
  • The Fairway Lodge accepts no liability for damage or theft within our carpark - this includes both vehicle & personal belongings
  • By booking, you agree to assume all risks associated with simulator use 

 

7. Damage & Conduct

  • Any damage to equipment, screens, or facilities may be charged to the lead booker
  • Failure to follow rules may result in termination of your session without refund and permanent suspension from further bookings

 

8. Food & Drink

  • Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas
  • No drinks or food on or near the simulator equipment

 

9. Session End Times

  • Sessions end promptly at the scheduled time
  • Please allow time to vacate the bay for the next booking

 

10. Photography & Media

  • We may occasionally capture photos/video for promotional purposes
  • Please notify staff if you do not wish to be included

 

11. General

  • These terms may be updated at any time
  • By making a booking, you agree to all terms above
